Call for Organized Session Proposals: The IWCIA 2009 will hold Organized Sessions, and the Program Committee would like to ask you to organize wide variety of sessions on impressive or remarkable topics in your research or engineering fields. Prospective organizers of organized sessions should post their proposal by email: "ml-ieee-smc-hiroshima-ws [atmark] hiroshima-u.ac.jp". Important Dates A proposal of organized session should indicate     1. session title    2. session organizer(s) (name, affiliation, e-mail address)    3. expected number of papers accepted (list of authors if possible) The number of presentations for one organized session must be from 4 to 6.
