Special Night Hiroshima Event (Banquet)
The organizing committee is delighted to announce the special event for November 7th, 2014: 'Wish we could say more about Hiroshima'. The banquet will be held at Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima.
Banquet:
- Please note that, banquet fee is not included in the IWCIA2014 registration fee.
- Person who wants to participate to the banquet is required to register and pay banquet fee according to the following instruction.
- Banquet seats can not be available on-site. Bookings need be completed before workshop (Booking deadline: 31 October 2014).
Banquet Information:
The Chinese Style Banquet will be held at Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima (18:00 – 20:00). The hotel is located in Moto-Ujina town. This location is a part of National Park in Hiroshima city. Please visit the hotel web site: http://www.princehotels.com/en/hiroshima/.
In the Banquet, followings are planned:
- Message from General Chair: Prof. T. Ichimura (IEEE SMC Hiroshima Chapter Chair)
- Award ceremony for winners of IEEE SMC Hiroshima Chapter Young Researchers Workshop 2014
- Hiroshima Presentation – Speech for visitor information by students of Prefectural University of Hiroshima
- Closing talks: Program co-chairs Prof. A. Hara and Prof. K. Tamura.

Shuttle bus service to/from Banquet will be scheduled as follows:
Tentative Schedule
- 17:30: From Prefectural University of Hiroshima (PUH) (Key note venue) to Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima. Note: The meeting site is Hiroshima City University(not PUH).
- 20:00: From Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima to downtown of Hiroshima (around the Hiroshima bus center)
